A quadrilateral with two distinct pairs of equal adjacent sides is called a kite.

DIAGONALS OF A KITE

Diagonals of a kite intersect at right angles. The diagonal joining the vertices between congruent sides is an angle bisector and bisects the other diagonal.

ANGLES OF A KITE

Angles between unequal sides are equal.
